A Response to Intervention (RtI) plan needs to be created for all Illinois school districts by January 2009 and implemented by January 2010. This course will present necessary information in four modules so that small steps can be taken to create the plan and maximize the number of stakeholders involved in the process. Face-to-face meetings will be held for some topics and the Internet component will allow individuals to read and discuss information and participate in asynchronous discussions throughout the semester. Wikis will be used to create collaborative documents
