- This course is designed to give students the basic concepts and understand of how health and exercise go hand in hand. This course is going to give students a background on what to eat, how to take care of their bodies, and what physical activities help promote a healthy lifestyle. The Health aspect will also teach students about bullying, self esteem, friendships/relationships, and how to cope with stress. This course is geared towards making students well rounded mentally and physically.
